What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

The Broker — The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

His background matters. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: forex, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker that is a few months old, the breadth is solid.

Platforms

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from one account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Having both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That will be a good addition once it is live.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Simple. No minimum deposit. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most platforms that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade does not.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you will not notice. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.

Put together that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

This is the part that matters. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

However. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Dodgy operations do not invest in Equinix connectivity. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It should be part of how you think about it.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. What you get instead: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard sign-up bonus. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you deposit.
